Website and preview terms

Availability and payments
The website and available profile tools are a development preview. No payments, paid subscriptions or NFC card purchases are currently accepted. Future plans, prices, limits and general availability have not been announced. There is no promised uptime, support response time, certification or permanent free tier.
Public content and permission
Keep account access private and use accurate information. Only publish or manage information and images you are authorized to share. You retain rights in your content and authorize hosting, display and distribution needed for the public profile and the functions you request. Profiles and downloadable contact details can be copied by visitors. Ensure people whose information you manage understand this public visibility.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or abusive material, distribute malware, expose another person’s private information, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Cameron may restrict content or access to address misuse, security, legal requirements or changes to the preview. Report concerns with the affected page and minimal supporting information.
Cards, links and third parties
NFC compatibility depends on the card, phone and settings. Test your own equipment before relying on it. External websites, sign-in providers and image hosts have their own terms. NFC Quick Card does not control the content at external destinations. Software and third-party components retain their applicable licences.
Your records and service changes
Keep independent copies of information you need. Preview features can change or stop. Where practical, affected account holders will receive notice of a material change or closure. Request account closure or an information export through the published contact. The privacy notice explains retention and the limits of removing already shared information.
Responsibility and applicable law
The service is provided as available, without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Contact Cameron first to discuss a concern.
