Get answers to common questions about NFC Quick Card
Do recipients need an app to view profiles?
No separate app is needed. A compatible NFC phone and card can open the public profile; a profile link or QR code is another option.
Can we use our own NFC cards?
Yes. Assign any compatible UID to a user in the admin and you're set.
How fast can we roll this out?
Start with a sample profile and test compatible cards on your devices. Setup time depends on your team and hardware.
Is SSO supported?
Yes, Google and Microsoft 365 are supported. You can also use email + password.
What happens if someone loses their NFC card?
Simply reassign a new card UID to the user in the admin. The old card automatically becomes inactive.
Can employees update their own profiles?
Yes, employees can edit their contact details, bio, and social links through their personal dashboard.
Does this work on older phones?
NFC support depends on the phone, settings and card format. A profile link or QR code provides another way to open the page.
Is there a mobile app for admins?
The admin dashboard is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. No separate app needed.
Can we customize the profile design?
You can edit your profile photo, biography, contact details and social links. Custom layout and font selection are not currently offered.
What analytics do we get?
The current dashboard shows recorded profile visits. It is not a verified measure of contact saves or every link click. Contact Cameron for information access or export requests.
Is our data secure?
The public site uses HTTPS and passwords are hashed. No SOC 2 certification is claimed. Profiles are public; see the privacy notice for hosting, storage and deletion limits.
What's the pricing structure?
No payments are currently accepted. Future paid plans, pricing and availability have not been announced.
